Process
during the prefabrication week, we cut all of the
angles of the mains columns at the workshop. We
also precut all of the elements for the cladding
since they need to be accurate with the angles of
the core.
on the site, the core has been the first element to
be set on the concrete slab. We used a template
at the bottom and at the top (perfectly pre-cut
with the lazercutter) to get the anlges. this two
elements were also used to brace the core during
the first day. then we add a bracing to connect it to
the main sutructure for the next days.
the cladding started later (after the platforms
were set) and was fitting very well. It was a
challenge because of all of the different angles
coming together. finally we put the roof made of
steel (as for the main structure).
