starbox is basically composed of two structures.
Both are impregnated glulam, because exposed to
the weather, and preferably natural color impreg-
nation, for it to match with the heartwood parts
of the project. the main structure cube consists
in columns, beams and diagonals. It only comes
to the ground in the four corners, so the bottom
beam, taking quite a lot of loads, has a bigger
section. the tilted columns of the core meet the
ground in five points. the core is braced by the
stairs beams going round it and by a top beam.
the two structures are linked by the 2.5 meters
high platform and somehow by the stairs.
It was important for us that the floor begins with
the journey up.
