Preface and acknowledgements

This report has been financially supported by CenSES (Centre for Sustainable Energy Studies) and

RenTrans (Renewable energy as transitions strategy) financed by the research council of Norway. The

results presented in the report are almost entirely based on a survey executed in February 2015. We

would like to thank all respondents for participating in this survey.
