Possibilities:
Tmax = 2650ºC
- Inert or reducing atmosphere controlled by multiple MFC's
Gas purged into the furnace: Ar (<1800ºC), N2 (1800-2000ºC), He (>2000ºC)
A gas analyzer is connected to the furnace and the concentration of CO in the off-gas will be obtained.
Working zone: Ø = 7,5 cm, H = 15 cm
Vacuum-chamber: 10-3 mbar (16 m3/h)

- Real time logging and graphs for temperature and analysis
Previously used for:
- Heating quartz and silicon carbide in the range of 1700 to 1800ºC in Ar-CO-H2 gas atmosphere.
