Episode 27 on Industry 4.0 Tools (and background) may also be a good place to start. Tulip offers "People-centric digital tools" for better operations (and have helped provide this good source of insight with many interesting conversations). Many other tools and service-providers exist of course, but most will need to spend a significant amount of time and effort to get some overview, not least on "legacy" systems and implementations you should understand in your own context/facility and enterprise.
