Link to the podcast "Augmented Ops - by Tulip" (offered for spotify and other platforms, below example) is best to start from the beginning, perhaps. Episode 27 on Industry 4.0 Tools (and background) may also be a good place to start. Tulip offers "People-centric digital tools" for better operations (and have helped provide this good source of insight with many interesting conversations). Many other tools and service-providers exist of course, but most will need to spend a significant amount of time and effort to get some overview, not least on "legacy" systems and implementations you should understand in your own context/facility and enterprise.

"Hacking your neighbours" is obviously not something you should do- but using some of the tools and insights shared... you could (probably). Be careful- and update your devices and systems!

"Social engineering" for exploiting our human nature is also a very important topic- and a another great talk by Niall (as above) in 2019 is bother entertaining and enlightening. Enjoy!
