- AV-Tjenesten help with and lend out equipment for lecture rooms and acts more like tech support when there is faulty/missing equipments (Mainly for Gløshaugen and Dragvoll, the other campuses have local people who are responsible for the rooms).

- The process is to fill out a form of contact at least 4 work weeks in advance of the actual recording.
