Would it be a good idea to have the gathering at Gløshaugen this time?

What dates could we choose avoid lectures and exam periods? The spring semester is organised like this at the various campuses:

  • Gjøvik: Neither lectures nor exams in the period 2.5 - 18.5
  • Gløshaugen: Neither lectures nor exams in the period 26.4 - 20.5
  • Sør-Trøndelag: Exams period immediately follows lectures. Last exam held 31.5. Semester ends 17.6.
  • Ålesund:  Exams period immediately follows lectures. Exam period starts 9.5 but computer science exams seem to be held towards the end of May.

Where/when to meet for an informal gathering the night before the official program starts?

09:45 – 10:00 Friendly walk to Gløshaugen

10:00 – 10:15 Welcome at Gløshaugen. Participants present themselves.

10:15 – 11:15 Participant presentations (TBA, 4-6 participants)

11:15 – 11:30 Coffee break, discussions

11:30 – 12:30 Group discussions (Groups TBA)

12:30 – 13:30 Lunch with informal discussions

13:30 – 14:00 TBA, (In CS terms: Reserved)

14:00 – 14:30 Participant presentations (TBA, 4-6 participants)

14:30 – 15:00 Informal discussions
