Nei, som pensjonist fra 2023 er du gjennom SPK automatisk sikret minst ramme-prosenten (5,3%) som tillegg på pensjonen din i år, så du trenger ikke å sende inn krav. Og du trenger heller ikke vente til desember på det lokale resultatet, siden rammen var klar allerede 1. mai.
Bare ta kontakt med SPK for å få bekreftet at dette gjelder din konkrete pensjonssak også. Hvis ikke bør du sende inn et krav innen 20. august.

More information about the local negotiations at NTNU this fall (deadline in October.) can be added here during our negotiation process, but for now, we only know that everyone will get a general increase, and potentially an individually increase on top of that. The total average increase for all employees will be 5,3% increase.
