  1. I started in August 2022 as an Associate Professor, but only with a 20% position. In January 2023, I started full-time as an Associate Professor.  
    1. Since you got your new job salary decided as late as January 2023, you don’t have to fill in the form this year, but you can still do it, and send a copy to your leader,
      just to remind them that according to HTA 2.5.5-3 they must re-evaluate your salary placement within 12 months, after having talked with you about it.
    2. Such 2.5.5-3 "first year adjustments" are done administratively, outside of the yearly 2.5.1-negotiations with us.
  2. The second question is about the salary statistics. Can I have access to the salary statistics in my department?
    1. Yes, just send an email to Mia on salary@tekna.ntnu.no and tell her which statistics you need (your job title and department name, for example).

The assessment of my Curriculum Vitae should not take much time. The intent is to provide me with counseling on which individual salary claims I should submit to Tekna/my Department. Can you help me?
