Fill in the New Reservation form by selecting a project from the drop-down menu and then clicking CREATE RESERVATION button. If you have pressed the wrong training you can change it by using the drop-down menu on the training session.
IMPORTANT: The status will be pending as the lab-responsible need to approve the training. This will be changed to Approved, if not you will be contacted.
Log on to bookitlab (https://core.bookitlab.com/ntnu/) using your NTNU feide user account. If you do not have a feide account, please contact the lab responsible.
First: Make sure you have added the IMA – XRD-lab in your filter at the top right corner of the screen.
Also, especially if you belong to a different institute than IMA check that you are in either the Faculty of Natural Sciences or Department of Material Science and Engineering by using the drop down menu in the top right corner of the screen.
Go to HOME in the menu to the left and scroll down to the bottom until you reach the headline Upcoming Available Training Sessions.
Her all available trainings for the cores you have in your filter will be visible. You can sort by date by clicking on the start time header and then all the nearest trainings in time will come first.
For signing up for a New user training – XRD please note the remarks field, here it is noted for which instrument the training is devoted, please choose a training for the instrument you have been suggested by the lab responsible.
To sign up for the training please click on the calendar symbol.
