INFORMATION ABOUT SALARY NEGOTIATIONS 2021

The Tekna/Akademikerne labor union group has reached a salary agreement in the national negotiations. This will give 3.35% in average from May 1st. Other labor unions agreed to an offer in the range of 2.7-2.8% for 2021.

  • Everyone can expect a general salary increase, and the size will be decided in the local negotiations at NTNU
  • In addition, individual demand (claim forms) can be submitted to us before the local negotiations this fall
  • The forms will be distributed in mid-June on http://ntnu.no/tekna, with submission to us before August 20th
  • The salary increase will have effect from May 1st 2021, but will normally not appear until the December payment
  • PhD-candidates will be given a 3% yearly increase in the month that they started their PhD, plus an additional general increase from the local negotiations from May 1st
  • Some other employee groups (*) do have a 1.1% increase each year the first 10 years employed. In total this will give 1.1% in the month they started + local general increase and eventual individual increase from May 1stst 2021

 The different unions that is part of Akademikerne will negotiate as a group, and Øystein Moen will be in charge of these local negotiations.

Guidance letter - GUIDELINES

  1. De viktigste feltene å fylle inn helt riktig er: Lønns/Ansatt-nummeret ditt, krav til ny lønn, og de kortfattede fritekst begrunnelsene. Resten bruker vi bare ved behov for mer internkontroll.
  2. Legg merke til at Akademikerne har avskaffet LønnsTrinn, så alle krav må oppgis som 100% årslønn (som må ganges med stillingsprosent for å få faktisk utbetalt lønn årslønn før skatt).
    1. Note that Akademikerne are not using pay-grades, so all claims must be given as 100% yearly salary (which should be multiplied by the employment percentage to get actual salary before tax).
