There is no individual demands and negotiation this autumn, it will general and group based salary adjustments. Exactly how this is defined will be part of a negotiation with the NTNU management headed by Øystein Moen for the Akademikerne group.

(Old) Guidelines

  1. Legg merke til at Akademikerne har avskaffet LønnsTrinn, så alle krav må oppgis som 100% årslønn (som må ganges med stillingsprosent for å få faktisk utbetalt lønn før skatt).
    1. Note that Akademikerne have stopped using pay-grades, so all claims must be given as 100% yearly salary (which should be multiplied by the employment percentage to get actual salary before tax).
  2. Vi vil ikke benytte de individuelle kravskjemaene i 2019, så vent med å sende inn disse til 2020.
    1. We will not use the individual claim forms below in 2019, so save them until 2020.
  3. The average salary increase to Akad-members employed by the Norwegian state in 2019 will be 2,15% effective from May (but not adjusted until December, with pay-back then) 2019.
