Getting started with ANSYS
Recommended: Cornell University has a free online simulation course using ANSYS. The course includes detailed guidance on both the use of ANSYS as well as the knowlegde behind . Using using the newest version of ANSYS available.
Map network drive \\ifile1.ivt.ntnu.no\progdist and go to \Campus\ansys\Introkurs. Here are several good introductions to ANSYS.

On University of Alberta's website you can find some good tutorials. They were made using ANSYS 7.0, so beware of minor changes when using a newer version.
The CEA Associates Inc. has some free ANSYS e-learning tutorials at their youtube page.
