Guidelines
- Download First download the appropriate template below (right-click, save as ...).
- Fill it in the right form using Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat (see below if in case you need to download and install Adobe Software for free).
- Rename the file to your "Faculty_Department NameDepartmentName"_"Your LastFirstAndOtherNames"_2018_etc. (E.g. IE_SætreRune_2018_251)
- Send it to leder@tekna.ntnu.no well before august 20th.
- (You don't have to print/sign/scan, since sending it to us by email counts as your written consent that we can use the data for negotiation and training).
