Please be aware that the program coordinators do not automatically get your NTNU email address and student id numbers. Therefore, please provide NTNU email and student id to Ruud as soon as you get them, also including a personal email address as a backup.
The default user account expiration date may be earlier than practical.
Dependent on your needs, we can have the date extended, or you can use the ID number and pin code from your admission letter to log in to Studentweb. This suffices to see grades, incl. the thesis grade as soon as it’s been registered etc.
However, to register for courses (including for the thesis, which all students have to do) for most students taking their second year at TU Berlin and having the master thesis delivery date much later than June of the second year a date extension would be needed. Notify Lars and Ruud when you get a warning email that your user account will expire at a too early date (Varsel om endring av din rolle i NTNUs IT-systemer/ Notice ).
If your NTNU account has been deactivated, you may need to reset it at http://bas.ntnu.no/. Other than that, pay the semester fee (or show that it is waived for you) and confirm your education plan.
