High speed CAN (ISO 11898-2) can have datarates up to 1000kbit/s and low speed CAN (ISO 11898-3) can data rates up to 125 kbit/s
CANopen have data rates from 10 kbit/s to 1000 kbit/s which follows ISO 11898-2 (Physical Layer of high speed CAN) is based on length as recommended rates specified in CiA 301.
The speeds of DeviceNet are also dependant on network length. At 500m you can get a speed of 125 kbit/s, at 250m it's 250 kbit/s and at 150m you get a speed of 500 kbit/s.
