LAN - Network

This is the first step of the system you want to build. All the devices have to be in the same network. We used TP-Link Router as switch. We disabled Wi-Fi and changed the default IP address to the address(172.32.1.1) we want to use. Then we changed all the device's IP address to static IP address and to the same subnet musk as the switch is assigned(255.255.255.0).




Fieldbus - Network

To send data between the devices, Modbus TCP/IP and Ethercat fieldbuses are used. We used Modbus TCP/IP between Wago PLC and Beckhoff PLC, and Ethercat between Beckhoff and KUKA robot.
