Setup a mailman server, and a list for every doctor in the country.

With mailing lists, customers could register themselves as recipients, and FastlegeVakten could send a message to the list every time that doctor gets some new places available.

This is a simple way to "outsource" the email subscriptions.

SMS-warnings and accounting will have to be handled as before for now.
