Wanted to use the Prusa MK3s to print samples of TPU Ninjaflex.
Preset Settings: Used the internal standard settings from the Prusa slicer to print small hollow circles. This resulted in clogging after the first two layers, and very uneven print. The first one also had some PLA residue left in it, which didnt exactly help. One the second, the nozzle started dragging parts of printed TPU collecting the TPU in small clusters.
Axel's Settings: Used the settings for use wirthout Spiral vase and TPU Ninjaflex. The print looked very well, and we tried testing it's airtightness. I tried manually loading into the nozzle because airbubbles due to stretching of filament was one of the reasons why the first try failed. The print was not airtight, especially the lower parts of the print were leaking quite a lot.
Axel's settings with different filament placement: Placed the filament above the printer as seen in Ubåten, and did no longer have to load the filament to avoid bubbles. The print was not airtight, the lower parts are seen leaking massively despite extra gluing on the lower parts. Will have to look into it.
