Data from HSI

Unknown User (joaoff) have looked at compression of HICO data. See note on Google Drive. 

Tested various compression methods. And how to slice the cube to do the compression. For images compressed by doing JPEG2000 pr. push-broom frame can be compressed from 43.5 MB to 1.3 MB (factor of 33.5).

Discussions on Table XXIII in the concept document. Values in option 1 through 4 are 100 times too large?
