The purpose of this web shop is to simplify the transactions at NTNU.
NTNU is responsible for the web shop and the personal data.
In order to complete safely an online transaction, we are obliged to collect some information about you as a user of the web shop.
This is what we collect, and how we use the information:
- Name and address for sending your product, or possible invoice
- E-mail: you will receive a receipt for the order. We also need the e-mail to handle complaints and other inquiries. Your e-mail will not be used in marketing, or shared to third parties.
- Phone number so we can call you for your bank account number if the invoice must be credited. Bank account number cannot be sent by e-mail.
- IP-address for security reasons.
Cookies
We use cookies to give you as a costumer a more pleasant experience of our web shop. The information we collect is username and the content of your shopping cart. None of the information collected will be shared to a third party or search optimization engines. Cookies are automatically deleted 30 days after your last visit to the web shop.
How to delete your personal information
Contact us at nettbutikk@okavd.ntnu.no and we will delete your account.
Automatically deleted
Your personal information and you as a costumer in the web shop will automatically be deleted after 13 months without using it.
