Konferansedag 18.oktober

Konferansen holdes tirsdag 18.oktober sentralt i Trondheim ved Scandic Lerkendal Hotell (like ved NTNU Gløshaugen). Registrering åpner kl. 09.30. Selve konferansen starter kl. 10.00.

Konferansen består av presentasjonsøkter og poster-presentasjonen. Du vil få servert kaffe, snacks og lunsj.

Konferansemiddag

Middag etter konferansen er valgfri, og gratis for påmeldte deltagere. 

Sted: NTNU Gløshaugen, Institutt for Bygg- og miljøteknikk, Lerkendalsbygget, Byggteknisk, Høgskoleringen 7A, Trondheim (5min gange fra Scandic Lerkendal Hotel).

Ekskursjon 19.oktober

Onsdag 19.oktober drar vi på ekskursjon. Du vil få en guidet busstur til ulike geofarelokasjoner i Trøndelag. Du får lunsj på veien. Kle deg for været. Se program for flere detaljer.

Vi møtes kl. 08.30 ved XX (Sted vil bli annonsert). 

Bussen vil være tilbake i Trondheim sentrum (sted) til kl. 16.00 og til Værnes flyplass kl. 16.30, i god tid før avgang til ettermidags- og kveldsfly.

Overnatting i Trondheim

Overnatting finnes ved flere hoteller i byen. Scandic Lerkendal Hotel ligger nært NTNU Gløshaugen. Flybuss stopper ved Scandic Lerkendal Hotell.

Reisestøtte

Vær oppmerksom på at masterstudenter og PhD stipendiater som kommer utenfra Trondheim kan søke om reisestøtte for å dekke opphold og reise. Støtten kan dekke hele eller deler av beløpet, avhengig av hvor mange som søker. Detaljer om hvordan du kan be om støtte vil bli gitt nærmere konferansen og under selve konferansen.

Huske å registrere din påmelding til konferansen og book reise så fort som mulig, plassene fylles opp raskt.

Conference Day, October 18th

The conference will take place centrally in Trondheim October 18th at Scandic Lerkendal Hotel. Registration opens at 09.30. The conference begins at 10.00.

The conference will consist of presentation sessions and poster presentations. Coffee, snacks and lunch will be provided.

Conference Dinner

The conference dinner is optional and free for participants.

Where: NTNU Gløshaugen, Institutt for Bygg- og miljøteknikk, Lerkendalsbygget, Byggteknisk, Høgskoleringen 7A, Trondheim (5min walk from Scandic Lerkendal Hotel).

Excursion Day, October 19th

The excursion takes place October 19th and will be a guided tour to geohazard sites around Trondheim. Lunch will be provided. Dress according to waether forecast. See the program for itinerary details.

We will meet at the tour bus at at 8.30am. (Place to be announced).

The tour bus will get you to Trondheim city centre by 16 (4pm) and the airport by 16.30 (4.30pm), well before the evening flights take off.

Accommodation in Trondheim

Accommodation can be found at various hotels in the city. Scandic Lerkendal is located close to NTNU Gløshaugen. The Airport express bus stops at Scandic Lerkendal. 

Student Travel

Stipends will be offered to cover some of the student travel and accommodation, depending on final numbers. Details on how to claim expenses will be given beforehand, as well as at the conference.
