About The Role
We are hiring a Junior Talent Analyst intern to join the Marble team and to support our talent activities.
Reporting to our Talent Associate, you will work directly with Partners, senior team members, and brilliant founders on a mission to turn the tide on the climate crisis. This role offers a unique opportunity to spot amazing (future) founders, in an industry where people are everything and finding those amazing individuals is directly correlated to the success of the startups.
You will also get direct exposure to the journey of building startups, across thesis development, venture building, founder support, investment decisions, etc.
Location: Paris.
Language: English fluency, French is preferred but not mandatory.
Period: 6 month internship starting Mid-March 2025.
Responsibilities
The Junior Talent Analyst internship is focused on four main pillars:
- Talent Sourcing: You will be the first filter on finding and engaging with amazing individuals. You’ll spot those founders by relying on external partners, weak signals, social media searchers, research papers, ecosystem tracking and any other proxies that are relevant. You’ll build an “eye” for talent and what makes founders great on paper and in practice.
- Candidate & Ecosystem engagement: You will craft compelling outreach messages to engage candidates and get them excited about our opportunities. You will also act as the liaison between candidates, Marble and key ecosystem stakeholders — ensuring we continuously strengthen our networks and leverage them.
- Collaboration and Founder Support on Hiring: You will work with founders and hiring managers to assist on portfolio hiring. You’ll also help setup the operational excellence necessary to build teams of A-players, from playbooks, talks, discussions, and others.
- Data-driven approach: You’ll ****execute talent campaigns to test a variety of approaches, each strategically designed to be measurable, outcome-oriented and curated. You’ll measure how effective your different strategies are, track metrics, report on them, and ultimately generate data-driven insights across the business.

- You have been interested in what makes a climate founder stand out, understanding some of the underlying traits that they display.
- You are fluent in English. French is preferred but not mandatory. Any other language is additional.
