About The Role

We are looking a Junior Platform Analyst intern to join Marble and help us coordinate the backstage of building breakthrough climate companies — sourcing great individuals, support the delivery of a great founder programme experience, and growing the broader Marble community through events, both in-person and online.

Reporting to our Associate, you will also work directly with Partners, senior team members, and brilliant founders on a mission to turn the tide on the climate crisis. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with some of the brightest and most mission driven individuals you’ll meet!

You will be immersed into the worlds of climate and deep tech venture creation. Expect direct exposure to the many aspects of running a climate tech studio: talent sourcing, programme operations, founder experience, events, and much more.

Location: HQ in Paris.

Language: English and French fluency required.

Period: 6 month internship starting Mid-March 2025.

Responsibilities

The Junior Platform Analyst internship is focused on four main pillars:

  • Programme Operations: You will work across the full team to support the delivery of the Marble venture creation programme. You’ll have a front seat at building climate deep tech companies, from theory to practice, from venture ideation to creation and financing. You’ll ensure a prompt feedback loop for all our ventures - equipping our founders and the overall ecosystem with everything necessary (tools, insights, time etc.) to catalyze their learnings.
  • Events & Partnership Operations: You will organize digital and physical events to help gather our communities, while having the chance to network with some of the most brilliant minds in climate tech. You will also engage with the right partners, ensuring win-win-win collaborations for Marble, the partners and our founders.
  • Operations & Tooling: You will spot and drive the implementation of new processes & tools that allow us to focus on what matters most. You consider yourself competent with new tools and software, particularly no-code tools, AI-powered processes, and automation. ****Proficiency in any programming language is a strong plus, especially Python.
  • Special Projects: You will be a part of new special projects that we are launching for the first time, pioneering new formats that are unique in the world of climate tech. You’ll be at the heart of implementing these projects.

Requirements

The Junior Platform Analyst internship is a unique opportunity for a entrepreneurial student from a top school with passion for climate tech, startups, and venture programmes:

  • You are currently pursuing a Masters degree in business, management or engineering, with a strong interest in deep tech and venture capital.
  • You had previous experience (e.g. internship, school project, etc) in a fast-paced environment such as startup, venture studio, accelerator, venture fund, or related.
  • You enjoy moderating and fostering communities that are value-add
  • You are familiar with modern tooling stack: ATS, Slack, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, etc.

Your ability to learn on the job is more important than ticking every single box. However, we would especially love to hear from you if this sounds like you:

  • You are highly organised and skilled at juggling competing priorities.
  • You enjoy engaging with highly technical scientists and engineers and understand their work. You are fascinated by the wonders of chemistry, synthetic biology, materials science, biotechnology, clean energy, and more.
  • You have a constant appetite for learning new things. You can quickly grasp key concepts of a new field by speaking with experts and reading summary materials.
  • You are an excellent written and verbal communicator, able to produce engaging online content, as well as presenting in public. Ideally, you have an intuitive sense of design and you are able to create compelling visual narratives.
  • You actively seek ownership. You are comfortable defining your own goals and enjoy working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • You make things happen.
  • You are a people person.

What We Offer

  • €1,500 monthly internship stipend
  • Office in central Paris.
  • 5 days off for 6 months internships.
  • Meal vouchers (Swile), 50% transport refund
  • Exposure to our network of top founders, investors, and advisors
  • Working with the brightest, most driven individuals you’ll meet
  • Rapid learning curve and personal development
