About our Graduate Programme: As a participant in our 24-month Graduate Programme, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and change. You will collaborate with our diverse teams across the globe, taking ownership of projects that propel the industry towards a sustainable and prosperous future.
Your journey
You'll experience four dynamic six-month rotations across our business units, and, during one of these rotations, you'll embark on an international adventure, gaining valuable global insights. As a graduate with Wilhelmsen and Wallenius Wilhelmsen, you’ll contribute to various areas, including:
- Sustainability and ESG: Tackle key environmental, social, and governance challenges.
- Data Analytics, Data Science, and AI: Leverage the power of data-driven insights.
- Software Development: Shape the digital future of maritime solutions.
- Business Development: Drive growth and expansion strategies.
- Vessel Management: Optimize maritime operations.
Who we're looking for
To thrive in our Graduate Programme, you should possess:
- A master’s degree in engineering, data science, business, or IT.
- Either fresh out of school or with 1-2 years of professional experience.
- An insatiable curiosity and a passion for embracing new technology.
- A problem-solving mindset with a knack for innovation and fresh approaches.
- Excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders and foster inclusivity.
