We are looking for Young Professionals across all disciplines, both technical and commercial subjects to our offices in Stavanger, Bergen, Trondheim, Kristiansund, Sandnessjøen and Mo i Rana.

What will you be doing?
- As a graduate in 2025 in Aker Solutions, you will be a part of a graduate program. This includes professional network, meet other graduates across locations and visit to our headquarter and one of our yards
- You will be involved in a wide variety of projects ranging from smaller Front-End Studies to Major Modification Projects and various Specialist Services
- As a permanent employee in Aker Solutions, you will participate in project teams that proudly deliver world class projects. You will work together with some of our most experienced and knowledgeable engineers and gain valuable experience
- You will be joining a dedicated team of engineers and learn the methods as you go
- Training will be given, and you will receive a mentor to guide you while developing your skills
We think you should have
- Student graduating in 2025 or recent years
- Area of study relevant to the role you are applying for
- You will be given all the tools you need to succeed, and the rest is up to you!
