Curious about how to turn the challenges of digitalization into the solutions of the future? Join our team in tackling the core IT issues of leading global companies - as Visiting Associate in our Oslo office in spring, summer or fall 2025. The internship takes 6-8 weeks, the exact duration and period is agreed on according to both parties' availability.

Help us deploy customized platforms, architectures, strategies, and organizations to leverage the digital potential of our customers and drive true innovation, with state-of-the-art tools such as cloud computing, AI, blockchain, microservices, and containerization. Add your individual strengths to our unique team, always there to support you. Together with Boston Consulting Group and our clients, we turn digital visions into reality.

Shape the world of tomorrow

  • Support our team with a wide range of activities in various industries and technical environments (e.g. analysis and optimization of IT processes, IT value chains and IT architectures, SW selection…)
  • Develop IT-related project content independently by analyzing relevant data
  • Prepare and follow-up customer meetings and presentations interacting with different stakeholders

You can help us make a difference if you

  • are enrolled in an MSc in economics, management engineering, computer science, informatics or comparable degree during the internship period
  • gathered a strong IT know-how (e.g. IT project management, software development, IT service processes) together with a first practical internship in the IT field (a relevant experience in advice or a service-related environment is considered a plus)
  • established a deep knowledge of the MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • consider yourself having excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • bring a customer- and result-oriented mind
  • feel particularly comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts
  • are excellent at understanding and communicating complex topics in English
