You apply for the SESAM program at NTNU via the application portal. The application to TU Berlin for the second year will be done when accepted for the first year at NTNU. See Wiki page "NTNU SESAM students applications to study at TUB".
For students who want to study the first year at TU Berlin and the second year at NTNU, they should apply for the master's in Industrial Engineering and Management - specialization Energy and Resources (IEM-ER).
