12.30: Initial meeting with customers and supervisors (room 454)
13.00-14.00: Lunch (room 454)
14.15-15.30: Introduction for students (room G1) (voluntary for customers)
15.30: Students’ first meeting with customer and supervisor (separate room for each group)
