Following the completion of the national workshops programme, there will be an international workshop to assess the results and to help WP2 compile the preliminary report which is due in M9. There is a possibility of holding the workshop in Nottingham to coincide with ASE 2010 (7-9 Jan 2010), which would put the workshop quite close to the due date (31 Jan 2010) for the report. On the other hand it is possible that this woud be a good time given that the workshop reports may take some time to complete and compile.
My suggestion is that the Nottingham meeting will be a good opportunity since we are to hold a management board there, so all WP leaders should already be involved. If we start planning now, we can arrange a hotel with meeting rooms and accommodation for all attendees.
