I had some discussions with Laura in AHus. With Haldor Husby (doing MSc on detecting CVC Sentral-Vene Kateter) infections. He will go through the same records that Kristin is going to annotate. Interested in extraction of infection-related events from the pipeline/trajectory.

HØK does not have access to everything, except when the specifically apply for it.

To get 1000 CVC patient, we initially need access to a much larger data-set to filter...

-We can play with the AHUS data. Only Kristine will be sad if we don't find anything.

-We can play with HØK data. Everyone get sad if we don't produce what they expect.

We need a video demo of Patient Explorer, for the health directorate. TOMORROW, 4-5 minutes.

Can we say something interesting about what we can do, are planning to do.

-Complete access to the DIPS records for AHus.

What will happen with OUS (Oslo Universitets-Sykehus)? Branching out...

-How can we let our MSc students work within the AHus/DIPS secure zone.

--We need routines: REK permissions. Non-Disclosure Agreements. (Bjørg is the name of the boss, she wants a project description from us).

---for example: periods (for example two weeks) when the students have full internal access.

1) Access to AHUS data. Geir adds the students to the REK application

2) The students can work in AHUS (as Databehandler, no research... Just manage info, provide quality measurements).

--Like Endre did for free for HEMIT.

--HØK (Fredrik) said that it needs to be attached to a specific project... On new project is coming.

Where are the data from?

St.Olavs. sykehus har sannsynligvis gjort et NPR-lignende uttrekk fra PAS.

Ø: Hvordan har du silt ut støy og uteliggere fra PAS-data. A: Har gjort litt filtrering i kommunesystemet, men ikke i pasient-data fra sykehus (unntatt psykiatrisk avdelings-pasienter).

K: Data med pnr., så sammenhengende og ok ut. Ø: ØHjelp er ikke registrert med pnr. så det mangler kanskje første kontakt i mange tilfeller.

Ø: Hvem har trukket ut disse dataene (på HEMIT?). K:En økonomidame på sykehuset (som bestiller slikt fra HEMIT), gjorde dette uttrekket.

Ø: Kan du gi oss en detaljert beskrevelse av dette uttrekket? K: Ja, det kan jeg spore opp.
