Notes

1.       Plan the meeting date and time ahead. Main supervisor should be involved at the early stage to kick start the collaboration.

2.       Meeting could cover different aspects of the project:

    1. Objectives for the meetings and idea generation
    2. Ideas about potential subprojects collaborations 
    3. Discussion and brainstorming sessions to identify possible collaboration work
    4. Meeting agenda from the first meeting on Health care could be used a template for the up coming meeting

1.       Pair up with different PhDs from different project as an effort to start linking projects to prevent detachment from other project

2.       More focus on social aspect to get to know each other. This could facilitate faster work process. Possible work is to

  • Study groups sharing on interesting articles.
  • Regular meeting (Physical meeting and/ or via Skype)
  • Lunch and social activities to get to know each other better

3.       Next meeting is on 19. June 2019 in Trondheim. With lunch to have a time to social with the group meeting.  Meeting related cryptographic topic. Kristian will send an email with more information. 

4.       Meeting on Organizational Aspect will be on September 2019.

5.       Meeting on Value chain aspect will be November 2019

6.       Present ideas towards the paper, conferences with members in this project to get feedbacks, possible new insights and improvements.
