The system is built up by aluminum rails (20x20). It has 8 motors and they are each connected to a end-effector with strings. 

Here we can see the naming system of our system. The coordinate system starts with M1, which is in the corner of our coordinate system (0,0,0). Starting from M1 we move counterclockwise to M2, M3 and M4. The system continuous following this pattern for motor 5 to 8 as well, just offset by 95cm in the Z-axis. The overall dimensions of the hardware is larger, but the important dimensions are from the cable trenches in the corners.
