Want to use the WebDAV extension on Firefox, but get a message telling you it's not supported on your version?

This is a simple way of allowing installation of addons that might not be supported on your current version (no guarantee that they will work, but they will install(wink) )

First, open the configuration view:

config

Then you'll have to locate your correct settings string for you version; http://kb.mozillazine.org/Extensions.checkCompatibility

For 3.6,, Right-click and add a New->Boolean.

Name: extensions.checkCompatibility.3.6

Value: false
