Refining and casting of Silicon. Arriving Desember 2017

Possibilities:

• Melt Silicon in induction heated quartz Crucible.
• Drop additives into Liquid melt (refining)
• Take samples from Liquid silicon
• Blow inert gas on top of melt
• Cast into Crucible for directional solidification
• Directional solidify Liquid silicon.

Can be used for after modification:

• Blow inert gas from porous plug in bottom of Crucible
• Blow inert gas on top of directional solidified melt.
