The MTS 310 is a 100 ton hydraulic press with the possibility of performing high speed tests.

Currently we have tools for performing ECAP (90º angle) with either 20x20 mm square samples or 10 mm round samples. The 20x20 mm testing can be done with back pressure up to 8 tons.
We also have a rig for compression/torsion tests than can be placed in the press, the picture shows the rig (not mounted).
All tests can be done up to 500ºC.
