Status:
All three students have now decided to go for their three different PasTas projects.
Endre: Anonymization in Event Streams
- 1 year Master's Thesis (Until June)
Ingrid: Named Entity Recognition (NER) in Clinical Text. E.g: Diagnosis, Treatment, Medication, Disease, Personal Information. (From ICD10, Doctors Handbook etc.)
- Half semester Autumn Project + 1 semester Master's Thesis (Until April)
Arezoo: Event Stream visualization. Kjartan have now provided two datasets, but neither one contains Length-of-Stay (LOS), or other indicators of durability of events.
- Half a year, Master's Thesis (Until February)
- Kjartan has been contacted to include LOS in the next version of the data-set.
