Had a meeting with Jaspreet and Roar. They are removing sensitive words from text.

Had another meeting with them and Thomas. He provided more relevant articles, links, etc.

(Øystein would have liked to be there ;)

Trying to set up the POS-tagger, but Thomas doesn't remember how to do this.

Will present her pre-project in December. Ø: Not required, but maybe a good idea.

Will hand in the master's thesis by (end of?) April.

Rune:

Talked to Kjartan, and he would like to put the data directly on the DMF secure storage.

Aslak, and Rune, and Kjartan, are all pushing Rune Nordbøe Skillingstad <rune.skillingstad@ntnu.no>. Called him again today! In Levanger.

Arezoo:

Working on Stein Jakob's code, but still have no length-of-stay (LOS)... Want to show how long each patient is staying.

-Ø: We should be able to check that the in-out-dates really correspond to the reported LOS.

-Ø: We need to measure distance in time, diagnosis. This is preprocessing, splitting trajectories etc.

UML semantic types: Can this be added to the diagnoses (to separate chronic or not, etc.)

Changing the code to understand ICD-10 codes.

-Ø: How do you integrate the OWL-file? Parse it and extract information from the codes.

R: We need a use-case!First, Visualize events!

-Read ICD-10 codes, transform dates, debug errors, etc. Stein Jakob's code is somewhat "resistant" to change.

Will hand in the master's thesis by 7th of February.

Øystein:

We want to add background knowledge from Ontologies.

Don't parse the huge file all the time! Use a plugin to Protege.

Transform the raw event-streams into annotated eventstreams.

Period of care definitions: Psychologist meeting every second week for a year = one year period of care.
