TL;DR AV-Tjenesten has nothing to do with livestreaming
- AV-Tjenesten help with and lend out equipment for lecture rooms and acts more like tech support when there is faulty/missing equipments (Mainly for Gløshaugen and Dragvoll, the other campuses have local people who are responsible for the rooms).

- Recording of learning material for courses - Short resources for students about specific subjects or lab experiments or animations.
- Have a studio to produce high quality video

- Dabble in editing and trying out new technologies for creating interactive videos
- They film events on requests
- The process is to fill out a form of contact at least 4 work weeks in advance of the actual recording (the sooner the better).
