The Process of Live Streaming From Gløshaugen
The process to start livestreaming from Gløshaugen to another campus or just in general consists of a few steps.
Step 0. OPTIONAL - Contact multimediesenteret first to ask them which rooms and tools are the best for your purpose which might make getting the right room easier because they know that it is needed for your course and can play a small role while arguing for why you deserve a lecturing room to the administration.
Step 1. Get the right room - You have to get the right room for the course, remember to add the technical requirements for the room e.g filming of lectures. There are a limited amount of rooms that can be used for live streaming which is listed below (might be outdated). This is a step that has to be done as fast as possible as room schedules and planning is done very early the semester before.

Step 4. Share the link - Share the link to the viewers and hold the lecture.

Can be done anywhere with a projector and a computer.
