Allowing larger MTU for tenant-networks:

1. Enable jumbo-frames for the tenant-VLAN(s)
2. Enable jumbo-frames on all ovs-switches (and uplinks) managed by puppet
3. Configure ntnuopenstack::neutron::mtu to a larger value
4. Profit!
