We are glad to present the new topics for project work and master theses from our group, for the study year 2023/24. In the attached PDF, you’ll find a detailed description of our proposals, as well as a description of the procedure for how the topics will be distributed. Here is the short version: 

15. May: We will have a digital meeting (at 9:00) where the topics will be presented by us. Here is the link to Teams meeting:  Click here to join the meeting

26. May: Deadline for submission of your ranked topic selection, including the possibility to write a motivation letter. The same deadline applies for submission of possible external topics. Click here to submit your topic selection: https://nettskjema.no/a/341663

13. June: After an internal review, the final topic distribution will be announced. 

With this procedure, we are aiming at a more balanced student distribution among scientific staff in a transparent way and bridging the demand in ongoing research projects and student interests. One main priority of master student projects is the support of ongoing activity and PhD students

Project and master thesis topics for the year 2020/21 can be found in the attached PDF. All topics are design to host both, the project and the master thesis.

Please note that the research group is introducing a new procedure for the distribution of project and master thesis topics. The new procedure aims at a balanced master student distribution among scientific staff in a transparent way , and bridging the demand in ongoing research projects and student interests. We hope you for some sympathy for the decision, and patience. This is the first time we are trying this.

The short version: We have divided all our topics into three groups, and we would like you to select two topics from each group and rank them based on your priorities. In addition, a motivation letter can be written.
