Workshop at MTS21, (Medisin-Teknisk Senter) on Thursday 3 March 2016

The project IKTiSU (IKT i sivilingeniørutdanningen / ICT in graduated engineers education,  ) has been running since 2011 with aim of enhanced profession related ICT skills for graduated engineers throughout their study.  In these 4 years more then 40 pilot-projects have been supported in a bottom up approach. These projects have resulted in changes in course descriptions, course material and assessments .Today, all graduated engineers students are exposed to several of these changes.

In this seminar we want to summaries our experiment and look forward towards further development and integration of professional ICT in the graduated engineers education. Besides the experiences from IKTiSU, we present experiences from Chalmers, http://www.chalmers.se. We also present OpenDreamKit, http://opendreamkit.org, a EU Horizon 2020 sponsered Research Infrastructure project which promotes collaboration and sharing of computational methods accross disciplines. The program consists of both presentations and group discussions (see below).

The seminar is free of charge. Registration is required  due to lunch orders and limited space. Registration deadline March 1, 16:00.
