Now you will edit the page you have created, and add some more content:

  1. Click the 'Edit' link.
  2. Click in the 'Rich Text' area.
  3. Press the 'Enter' key twice to create two new lines.
  4. Click the 'Insert Image' icon, which looks like this:
     
    • The 'Insert Image' window will appear. Click the 'Browse' button.
    • A popup window will appear. Select an image file from your computer or your network.
    • In the 'Insert Image' window, click the 'Attach' button.
    • In the 'Insert Image' window, click the name of the file you have just attached, then click the 'OK' button.
  5. Your selected image now appears on your page.

  6. Press the 'Enter' key twice more to create two more new lines.
  7. Type the following sentence: 'What is a wiki?'.
  8. Select the word 'wiki', then click the 'Insert Link' icon, which looks like this:
     
    • The 'Insert Link' window will appear. In the 'Link' box, type 'http://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/wiki.jsp'
    • Click the 'OK' button.
  9. The word 'wiki' is now a link.

  10. Press the 'Enter' key twice more to create two more new lines.
  11. Click the 'Insert Table' icon, which looks like this:
    #* The 'Insert/Modify Table' window will appear. Click the 'Insert' button.
  12. A table with two rows and two columns now appears on your page.
