- The user has the 'Create Space' permission.
- Your Confluence administrator has not removed the page restrictions in the tutorial. If the page restrictions have been removed, someone might change the content of the tutorial pages themselves, which may lead to inconsistent instructions. Other than that, there's no problem with removing the page restrictions.
- The user has online web access. This is recommended but not essential, because the tutorial includes links to the Confluence online documentation to provide extra information.
