We run today a biodynamic agriculture and it is natural for us to use ecological principles for the construction, such as passive house principles. We envisage that there will be a challenge to build with such principles in an old barn with its internal support structures. The development plan indicates that the area should have the character of farming and we expect that the Cultural Heritage Management Office did not want the demolition of the old building.
