- Caitlin Guzzo and Viviann Hole Pedersen will both be lab responsible. Caitlin will work 70 % (Monday-Thursday) and Viviann 25 % (Fridays).
- Caitlin will be main responsible for daily running and administration, while Viviann is main responsible for instrument maintenance
- Viviann will also be the contact person for the DaVinci2 instrument
Both are - Damian Brzozowski will be the lab responsible for summer 2022 and will be available for user support and

- The booking system was changed on May 15th 2021 and we are now using BookitLab (link to log in: https://core.bookitlab.com/ntnu/) as booking system.
- The DaVinci1-diffractometer will be loaded as normal, see below.
- Grazing-incidence are now done on the DaVinci2 instrument, please ask for training if you have this type of samples.
- Support by email or show up at our the office (K2-106). For small and quick questions, you could also stop us me in the lab and we I will help if we I have time.

- Routine diffractometer (DaVinci1) will normally be loaded and measurements started every weekday at approximately 10-11:00 and at 16:45 (15:45 on Fridays) (if practically possible).
- Support will be offered on-demand. Please contact lab responsible by email or come to our the office (K2-106). For small and quick questions you could also stop us me in the lab and we I will help if we I have time.
- Lab events / shut-downs / instrument statuses etc will be posted in the Booking system

- The instrument training courses. This training is required for new users of the lab/instruments, and they are arranged every second week (every week or more often at semester start in the fall), normally Mondays at 1314:00-1415:15. It is recommended to wait until your samples are ready or nearly ready. Please fill in this form: https://forms.office.com/r/jNrzzN06sM, and then we I can adapt the training better for your requirements.

Some of you might need to use other instruments than the one you had the start-up training on, and then you need to agree a time with lab responsible for specific instrument training. If you cannot wait for a few more participants and therefore are alone at the training, then you will need to pay the full price for technical support (see table above).
