The Process
The process to start livestreaming from Gløshaugen to another campus or just in general consists of a few steps.
Step 0. OPTIONAL - Contact multimediesenteret first to ask them which rooms and tools are the best for your purpose which might getting the right room easier because they know that it is

needed for your course.
Step 1. Get the right room - You have to get the right room for the course. There are a limited amount of rooms that can be used for live streaming which is listed below (might be outdated). This is a step that has to be done as fast as possible as room schedules and planning is done very early the semester before.
Step 2. Contact multimediesenteret - After you have gotten the right room you will have to contact multimediesenteret and schedule a meeting where you discuss which times the live streaming should start and how it is supposed to be saved. This should be done as fast as possible and at least 4 work weeks prior to when the live streaming is supposed to start.
Step 3. Do a test run - Schedule a test run of the live streaming to get a understanding of how it will work prior to actually holding a lecture.
Step 4. Share the link - Share the link to the viewers and hold the lecture.
