Faglig innhold

The course focuses on dealing with the challenges and mental strategies needed to prepare for performances, including mental and practical training strategies. Lectures, and planning and evaluation of personal performance experiences forms the basis for colloquium discussions.

Lectures, colloquium discussions with reports.

Instruction is obligatory and demands minimum 80% attendance.

Mer om vurdering

The written assignment shall be based on personal experiences from the performance situations and/or the physical and mental preparation. Further shall this be clearly linked with chosen topics from the lectures. Scope: about 4-6 A4 pages with 1.5 spacing, type size 12, and standard margins. The assignment should be delivered as a pdf or as a locked exposition in Research Catalogue. The oral exam is based upon the written assignment and will be conducted as a discussion with relevant questions according to content, and linked to themes from the lectures
